1.If the miner is faulty, please send back all accessories, including the controller, power supply and fans.
2.If the control board or power supply is faulty, only return the corresponding part for repair.
3.Do not send back the hash board separately for repair
4.We will charge those items out of warranty
5.Products with damaged serial numbers (SN) will not be eligible for the warranty coverage, it is recommended to keep a clear copy of the SN.
6.Please use the original packaging box or cushioning material to pack the miner to prevent secondary damage during transportation when sending it back.
